Accreditation information regarding this program is available through NLNAC, 61 Broadway, 33rd Floor, New York, NY 10006, phone 212.363.5555 ext. 153, and the Texas Board of Nursing for the State of Texas, 333 Guadalupe #3-460, Austin, TX 78701, telephone 512.305.7400.
