The North Harris College cosmetology program is currently offering free haircuts to the community through Nov. 29. Under instructor supervision, the program’s level-one students will be providing the service on Mondays, noon to 2 p.m., Wednesdays, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Fridays, 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Clients must be over 12 years of age. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are encouraged. The Salon is located on the southeast side of the campus, 2700 W.W. Thorne Drive.
