If you would like to register via TELEPHONE with a credit card (Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express), call the CE registration desk at 281.618.5634 or 281.618.5626.

If you would like to register via FAX, , you may print a copy of the CE Registration form, by returning to the home page and selecting the registration form option in the lower left hand portion of the screen. Please fill out the form and fax it to the CE office at 281.618.5633.

If you would like to register via MAIL, you may print a copy of the CE Registration form, by returning to the home page and selecting the registration form option in the lower left hand portion of the screen. Please fill out the form and mail with your payment to the CE office at:
