New Employee Orientation will welcome and celebrate new employees. It provides general information about NHMCCD and will provide basic resource tools to assist in the new employee success.

New employees will:

• Interact with other new NHMCCD employees
• Locate resources through NHMCCD website
• Identify NHMCCD History, Mission, Values and Organization Structure
• Identify and utilize District shared services
• Recognize and understand District Policies and Procedures
• Recognize the various technologies at use in the District, who uses and for what
