Monday - Thursdays 7am - 7pm

The office will be closed on Fridays.

Emergency Short Term Loan Requirements

1. Students must have applied for and have a complete financial aid application as determined by a financial aid advisor on file in the financial aid office.
   
2. Students must be registered and present a final copy of their class schedule to the financial aid office.
   
3. Students must be eligible but not yet awarded for Federal Aid.

Note: Only the student may pick up and sign for the short-term loan or book vouchers during the designated dates/times. There are no exceptions.

Book Voucher Requirements

1. Students must be registered and present a final copy of their class schedule to the financial aid office.
   
2. Students must have been awarded.
   
3. Book vouchers are issued out at $25 per credit hour.
   
4. If a student has late entry courses, book vouchers are only given out for classes which start at the beginning of the semester. As classes begin throughout the semester students may pick up book vouchers no earlier than one week before the start of classes.

Summer Book Voucher Schedule

1. For those students attending the mini-semester courses book vouchers will be issued from May 8 through May 19. They will expire on May 19.
   
2. For those students attending the Summer I session book vouchers will be issued from May 30 through June 8. They will expire on June 8.
   
3. For those students attending Summer II session book vouchers will be issued from July 10 through July 19. They will expire on July 19.

Note: Book voucher days and times are as follows:

Modays 9:00am-6:00pm
Tuesdays 9:00am-6:00pm
Wednesdays 9:00am-6:00pm
Thursdays 9:00am-6:00pm

Federal Student Loan Check Release Requirements

1. Funds must be available.
   
2. Students must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at the time of release.
   
3. Students must have at least a 2.0 G.P.A. at the time of release.
