Personality/Behavioral: DISC
  What It Is   Audience

The DISC model groups behavioral responses into four dimensions or clusters: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness.

The DISC model builds on the work of William Moulton Marston and was first presented in the 1920's in his book Emotions of Normal People. In 1972 Dr. John Geier published a unique Behavioral Instrument based on the Marston model.

The DISC model provides effective, culturally bias free tools to help individuals, teams and organizations reach their potential.
