Although I may drop you for non-attendance, do not count on it if you decide to withdraw from class; it is your responsibility to formally drop the course should you be forced to withdraw. I strongly urge you, however, to consult with me first should you decide to drop. However, you cannot drop this class after Nov. 11.

A. All major assignments must be completed for you to get a passing grade in this course.

B. In-class assignments must be written in class. If you cannot be in class on the day of an assignment, you must make up that assignment within a reasonable period in my office in the same time period as the class time.

C. Out of class assignments are due at the beginning of the class period.

D. Out of class assignments that are late will be dropped one letter grade for each day they are late.

E. Quizzes worth fewer than 11 points cannot be made up for any reason.

F. You are responsible for knowing what the assignments are when you miss class.
