To Save:
2. Click on Drives and open the dropdown list; scroll up and click on [A].
3. In the File Name window, place your cursor and backspace.
4. Give your Powerpoint Presentation a name—just as you would in MS Word.
5. Click on OK; your Power Point Presentation should now be saved on your disk.
To Print:
2. In the Print drop down box, under Slide Range, click in the circle beside Current Slide.
3. On the bottom right-hand side, click in the square [ ] Scale To Fit Paper and in the square [ ] Pure Black and White. The boxes will now have X's in them.
4. You are now ready to print. Before clicking on OK, however, you must prepare the printer.
5. Go to the printer and pull the Paper Feed Drawer slightly open.
6. With your finger, push the top of the front central panel. The Manual Feeder Tray should pop open.
7. Place your Laser Printer Transparency on the feeder tray and push it forward until it stops.
8. Now return to your computer and click on OK; your transparency will print just as text does on paper.
Hint: Before printing out your Presentation on a transparency, print it out on paper to make sure it looks the way you want it to.
