North Harris College’s corporate and continuing education division is offering four nights of class tasting for free. Investigate common dangers to Internet users, especially children. Create a desktop shortcut to your favorite program or Web site. Learn what it takes to be a licensed Real Estate Agent. Find out for free if you would enjoy a career in computer technology.

Area residents are invited to sample courses in Microsoft Office skills, Web development tools, real estate, and computer certification programs May 12 through 15.

The menu of classes include: Internet Safety, Monday, May 12, 7 to 9 p.m., room CE-203; MS Windows and MS Office, Tuesday, May 13, 7 to 9 p.m., room CE-203; Quick Strike Certification and Training, Wednesday, May 14, 7 to 9 p.m., at Quick Strike, 25300 Borough Park Drive; and Learn What it Takes to be a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Thursday, May 15, 7 to 9 p.m., at the Leonard-Hawes Real Estate School, 110 Cypress Station, #210.
