This summer, North Harris College will once again offer an All-State Summer Choir Camp July 14 through 17.

The All-State Summer Choir Camp is an intense session designed to prepare high school students for next year’s all-state choir auditions. The four-day session features full choir rehearsals, sectionals, vocal techniques, and diction study using the required TMEA music for next fall’s all-state auditions. Camp director and clinician will be Dr. Dave Faber, North Harris College’s professor of choral music. In addition, music instructors from area high schools will be teaching - providing a very high teacher to student ratio for this camp. The camp schedule is Monday through Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Thursday, 9 a.m. to noon. The camp ends with a full concert in North Harris College’s performing arts theater.
