Unique “Sprinklisms” presentation is part of NHC’s Black History Month celebrations

On Tuesday, Feb. 24, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., North Harris College will host Jonathan Sprinkles “Sprinklisms” speech in the college’s Academic Building, room A-126. This is a free event for all area college students and community residents. For more information, call Leslie Copeland 281-618-5712.

“Sprinklisms” is a series of workshops and speeches that utilize practical, time-tested principles that everyone can easily relate to and implement immediately. Jonathan is an “explorational speaker”, instructing participants how to search within to find what makes them uniquely special and especially unique. “Sprinklisms” is founded on four basic tenants: Leadership, Integrity, Vision, and Excellence (L.I.V.E). “Sprinklisms” transcends the barriers of ethnicity, origin, and economic status. There is something for everyone who wants to take their life to the next level.

A University of Texas at Austin graduate, Jonathan Sprinkles was a three-time honoree of the African American Culture Committee’s Top 10 Most Upstanding Men award. For his commitment to the UT community, he was also distinguished as the Barbara Jordan Leadership Award Recipient and received membership into the Dean’s Dozen, a group of student leaders hand-picked by the university’s Dean of Students out of an enrollment of over 50,000 students.

 His truest passion is for America’s young adults. From this passion, “Sprinklisms” was born. Jonathan currently speaks into the lives of thousands of students and adults annually across the country. Earning the title of “Advanced Toastmaster” in Toastmasters International, he is the reigning District Champion in speech evaluation-one of 71 in the world. Jonathan pours the same spirit into the series of high-energy presentations that he has developed and refined. His messages seek to entertain, educate and edify. Jonathan is focused on delivering results rather than rhetoric.
