REFUND POLICY

A 100% refund is provided if the college must cancel a course or if a drop/add form is completed by the student by phone or in person at the Admissions/Registration office before a course begins.

Emergency circumstances beyond the student’s control may warrant a transfer to another course in the same term. Requests of this type may be submitted on a drop/add form at the Admissions/Registration office. The individual must state the emergency situation and the desired outcome on the lines provided in the drop/add form.

GED Test registrants: Only one free change of date is allowed for the GED Test. Change must be made prior to start of test. The full fee must be paid again if your originally scheduled date has passed. Extenuating circumstances may be presented on a drop/add form at the Admissions/Registration office.

Motorcycle Safety Course registrants: If you need to withdraw or reschedule your class, you must notify the Continuing Education registration staff by the end of the business day on the Monday before your scheduled class in order to receive a refund.
