Monday-Thursday	7:00AM-9:00AM 2:00PM-8:00PM
Friday	7:00AM-9:00AM 11:00AM-8:00PM
Saturday	7:00AM-9:00AM 12:00PM-4:00PM
Youth hours:	7:00AM-9:00AM Fridays & Saturdays

Facilities include:

Racquetball courts
Gymnasium
Weight room
Bike room

Open Aerobics
TTh 5:00-6:00pm (sign-up required)

Lunch Bunch Workout
Tues, Wed., Th 11:50-12:30pm (sign-up required)
