The CareerStart Program will prepare the students with occupation-specific and soft-skills training. The program also provides credentials and work history that will allow for gainful full-time employment with area businesses and industry.

The CareerStart Program will assist the student with:

• Childcare*
• Transportation*
• Tutoring
• Job Placement
• Advising

CareerStart classes are usually small.

CareerStart classes are convenient to attend. Depending on the program of study, courses are offered at North Harris College, North Harris College-Carver Center, North Harris College-Parkway Center and Northwest Assistance Ministries (NAM).
