North Harris College's new Child Development Lab School and the Childhood Decides campaign are dedicated to raising the quality of child care in Houston...one child at a time. The state-of-the-art training facility and child care center will serve as a national model for quality caregiver training. This 18,300-square-feet child development laboratory school offers Montessori Infant and Toddler and Early Childhood Montessori Community, and traditional classrooms for 2 ½ to 5 year-olds for full-time care; flexible-schedule drop-in care designed to accommodate parents attending college or working part-time; complete with an American Sign Language program; training for children with special needs, and parent effectiveness training. Neighborhood Centers, Inc. vouchers accepted.
