For $15 dollars a year, area residents can become a member of North Harris College’s Academy of Lifelong Learning (ALL) and enjoy a wide-variety of classes being offered throughout the year for free or very low supply cost, but residents must register in advance. ALL is geared toward adults 50 years young and above, but all ages are welcome to join.
