Payment Steps

You can pay tuition and fees by cash, check and credit card. 

Starting for Fall 2007 registration, a new installment payment plan provided through TouchNet will be available only through MyRecords.  Please see the Tuition Payment Installment Option section below for more on the installment option.

Fall 2007

After Friday, August 17 at 4:30pm:
Payment in full or a properly executed payment plan for early registration of all credit courses is due by August 17 at 4:30pm. After this date, and until the first day of class, payment is due at the time of registration. If registering via phone or online after this date, payment must be made by credit card.

After Friday, December 7 at 4:30pm:
Full payment is due at the time of registration for classes that begin on December 17. After this date, and until the first day of class, payment is due at the time of registration. If registering via phone or online after this date, payment must be made by credit card.

Starting for Fall 2007 registration, the only installment option that will be available is through the new TouchNet system in MyRecords. Students will no longer be able to setup "paper" plans at the campus business office. Please see the TouchNet Payment Plan page at www.nhmccd.edu/ppm.

An electronic signature is required, and 50 percent of the tuition and fees plus a $20 incidental installment payment service fee are due prior to the first day of the semester unless registering early.

Early registrants must start the installment option by the first payment due date. Being approved for a payment plan will not prevent you from being dropped from all classes if such plan is not exercised by the early registration payment and fees deadline. Remaining payments are due by the sixth and eleventh weeks of the semester.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. Credit card payments can be made over the phone by calling 281.591.6625 or any NHMCCD college business office. Most colleges have boxes where you can leave payment. Current students can pay online via My Records.

The following regulations apply for paying by check:

• $30 returned check fee
• If your check is returned, you must pay your tuition promptly or it can be canceled, your registration canceled and your records withheld.
• No postdated checks will be accepted.
• No checks will be accepted for a sum larger than the amount of the transaction.
