Refunds

Tuition and fees for regular length semester courses are refunded according to the following schedule. The registration fee ($12) is not refunded.

For Withdrawals, this is the refund schedule:

Courses starting Mon., August 27
Prior to Mon., Aug. 27 - 100%
Mon., Aug. 27 through Thurs., Sept. 13 - 70%
Fri., Sept. 14 through Tues., Sept. 18 - 25%
After Tues., Sept. 18 - None

December Mini-mester
Courses starting Mon., Dec. 17, ending Fri., Jan. 4, 2008
Prior to Mon., Dec. 17 - 100%
Mon., Dec. 7 through Wed., Dec. 19 - 70%
Thurs., Dec. 20 - 25%
After Thurs., Dec. 20 - None

Refunds for tuition are processed from NHMCCD District Office four to six weeks after the official day of record. Not all refunds are mailed; those paying with credit/debit cards have refunds credited back to the card account.
