| | Representatives from the NHMCCD Libraries, Harris County Public Library System and the Montgomery County Memorial Library System form the Harmonic Consortium in order to
implement the sharing of the Horizon automation software between the three systems and to enable the borrowing of District Library resources by Tomball and Cy-Fair college students. |
