Nursing Prerequisite Review
- Human Anatomy and Physiology I Review
This is an online review course of the semester credit hour course Human Anatomy and Physiology I, BIOL 2401. Student must show proof of successful completion of BIOL 2401 or its equivalent with a minimum grade of C prior to enrollment. For students that have taken Human Anatomy and Physiology I more than five years ago, successful completion of this course will satisfy the BIOL 2401 requirement for application to the Professional Nursing Program (ADN). Students must present transcripts upon registration and at the first class meeting.
Human Anatomy and Physiology II Review
This is an online review course of the semester credit hour course Human Anatomy and Physiology II, BIOL 2402. Student must show proof of successful completion of BIOL 2401 or its equivalent with a minimum grade of C prior to enrollment. For students that have taken Human Anatomy and Physiology I more than five years ago, successful completion of this course will satisfy the BIOL 2402 requirement for application to the Professional Nursing Program (ADN). Microbiology Review
This is an online review course of the semester credit hour course Medical Microbiology, BIOL 2420. Student must show proof of successful completion of BIOL 2401 or its equivalent with a minimum grade of C prior to enrollment. For students that have taken Human Anatomy and Physiology I more than five years ago, successful completion of this course will satisfy the BIOL 2420 requirement for application to the Professional Nursing Program (ADN). Students must present transcripts upon registration and at the first class meeting.
Pharmacy Technician Review for Continuing Education
Students may complete an overview of the major topics covered on the National Pharmacy Technician Certification examination focusing on Pharmacotherapy and Disease Process, Intravenous Admixture and Sterile Compounding, Pharmaceutical Mathematics II, and Institutional Pharmacy Practice.
This course is taken concurrently with Pharmacy Technician Certification Review.Pharmacy Technician Certificate Review
This course is a major overview of the topics covered on the National Pharmacy Technician Certification examination. It is taken concurrently with the Pharmacy Technician Review course.
