1. From your Internet browser, go to www.northharriscollege.com or www.nhc.nhmccd.edu.
2. Click on the 'StarGazer' icon.
3. Click on the link labeled 'Log In' in the upper right area.
4. Click on the red link labeled 'What's my User ID?
5. You are required to complete the form supplying your last name and SS# OR Student ID - one or the other. Your login name/User ID will be immediately provided. Write it down.
6. Click on the red link labeled 'Log In to StarGazer.' If this is your first time logging in your initial password is your birthday in the MMDDYY format (MM=month, DD=day, YY=year).

   NOTE: If this is unsuccessful, IMMEDIATELY go to 'Reset My Password - Student, Faculty, Employee' and click on the 'Student' link and follow screen directions. Your password will be reset to your birth date in MMDDYY format. It is good for only a one-time login. It will immediately expire.

7. You will be required to immediately change your password by completing the first 3 information boxes. The password hint is optional but strongly recommended. Click Submit. You will get a message stating 'Processing your request.'
8. From the Main menu area, select 'StarGazer for Students'. The best instructions to follow are simply READ, POINT AND CLICK.

Final Grade Report Information

If you are unable to access your grades or have problems logging into StarGazer, please contact the NHMCCD helpdesk at 832.813.6600. For all other inquiries, contact the NHC admissions office at 281.618.5410.

Academic Status Information
If your semester or cumulative GPA is below 2.0, please open the Academic Progress message.
