These annual day camps last one week, attendance is approximately 400 children and 80 adults, with a budget of more than $8,000. Planning usually starts four months before it. Responsibilities included receiving money and applications, recording all income and expenses, preparing reports, paying all camp expenses, maintaining budget, organizing age appropriate units, development and maintenance of a database of personal and medical information for every person attending camp.
