NHMCCD offers an innovative honors program for highly motivated, academically capable students.
In Learning Community courses at least two classes from two different disciplines are integrated around a common theme or question in order to show the connections between them.
Service Learning is a teaching method which combines community service with academic instruction as it focuses on critical, reflective thinking and civic responsibility.
