Recommended Computer Configurations

All computer hardware and printer purchases must be processed through the I.T.S. department using the current I.T.S. hardware standards. The I.T.S. department will maintain base hardware configurations for desktops, laptops and printers.

We regularly update NHC’s Dell Premier Page with our recommended computer configurations. These configurations maximize our buying power because they are considered part of our quarterly bulk purchases even though they are single unit orders.

These configurations include:
Desktops

• 5 year warranty
• Parts-on-hand
• Asset recovery tokens

Laptops

• 3 year complete care warranty

By using these pre-approved configurations will save money and the order process is simplified.
