- Complete all admission requirements as a full-time student to NHMCCD
including submission of official transcripts from all non-NHMCCD colleges
and universities attended.
- Pass TASP or be Exempt from TASP
- Prior to application, complete the following courses with an average
GPA of 2.5 or higher:

Pharmacology |
- Biology courses submitted for program credit must be completed no more
than 5 years prior to admission to the program. No biology course may
be repeated for a grade change (including W or I) more than once during
the same 5 year period.
- Submit a complete application packet, including pre-admission checklist,
advising profile, acaemic evaluation for nursing, and testing fee of
$25 to the Nursing Advisor by March 1, 2004
- Complete the standardized Nursing Pre-entrance Exam in reading and
mathematics. The cost of the test is $25 and is the responsibility of
the applicant. All Nursind applicants must take the Pre-entrance Exam.

- Current Texas paramedic license
